Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in analytical roles, experience with online products, and strong data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, cross-sell, engagement and loyalty.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for marketing and sales improvements.
• Segment and target customers based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to improve personalization.
• Track, analyze, and report on CRM campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, risk and IT to ensure CRM integration across channels.
• Maintain and enhance CRM tools ensuring data accuracy and usability.
• Identify automation opportunities within the CRM system to boost efficiency.
• Develop insights into customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
