Job summary

S&P Global Energy seeks a Field Support Associate to support CRM platforms and digital tools across the business to attract clients and retain customers. You will work in an Agile environment delivering initiatives across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Quip, and LinkedIn Sales Nav, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize operations and system alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) and business applications.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, data management, and integration in SaaS environments.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with multi-tasking experience.

Responsibilities

• Support business teams by ensuring CRM and digital systems meet daily operational needs.
• Manage and resolve support tickets for CRM platforms, including troubleshooting and escalation coordination.
• Maintain system integrations and oversee data flows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide platform administration, user support, and operational maintenance to maximize performance and adoption.
