Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a CRM Operations & Support Specialist based in Mexico to own the user feedback loop and coordinate with product and engineering teams. You will manage in-app guidance, test releases, and drive improvements through AI-assisted workflows.

You will resolve user issues, maintain documentation, and participate in a global rollout, shaping scalable processes for expanding markets.

Qualifications

Experience owning the user feedback loop and coordinating with engineers.
Proven ability to work with AI tools while recognizing when human input is needed.
Strong written English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Able to operate without a predefined ticket queue and drive issues to resolution.
Comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities

Own the user feedback loop: triage inquiries, bugs, data issues, and ideas; route complex matters to engineers.
Maintain in-app help content and guidance; update walkthroughs and FAQs.
Advocate for users: observe workflows and communicate usability improvements to teams.
Prepare precise briefs for issues needing developer involvement.
Test product changes by validating critical workflows from a salesperson's view.
Keep users unblocked: resolve access, login, and data issues; document recurring solutions.
Support global rollout with scalable processes and onboarding for new markets.
