enablesGROUP is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management strategies. You will oversee CRM systems, execute email marketing campaigns, and enhance customer engagement through loyalty programs.

The ideal candidate has experience with Emarsys, Klaviyo, or Dotdigital, and Shopify. Work across teams to implement segmentation and personalization, monitor performance, and ensure data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with CRM systems (Emarsys, Klaviyo, Dotdigital, or equivalent).
• Experience with Shopify and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong background in email campaign creation, customer segmentation, and automation.
• Understanding of loyalty program management and customer engagement strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive conversions and customer loyalty.
• Implement and manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM initiatives with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics and generate reports to measure campaign success.
• Manage and enhance loyalty programs to drive customer retention and lifetime value.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in email marketing.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging email templates and automated workflows.
