You will manage inquiries across channels, work with cross-functional teams, and identify new client needs while maintaining SGS brand standards and compliance with QHSEE policies.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ work experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in market and customer information.
• Experience with CRM tools and cross-functional collaboration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor programs for consistent customer service aligned with SGS Brand and values.
• Proactively reach out to prospective clients to offer SGS services and generate sales.
• Manage inquiries promptly and professionally across channels, coordinating with affiliates and teams.
• Identify new client needs and market trends to support business development.
• Maintain a safe, clean workplace and comply with QHSEE policies as required.
