Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM data operations or data quality roles.
• Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience required.
• Experience with SQL or Snowflake basic literacy.
• Strong governance and auditability practices.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy under launch conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, correct, enrich, and link customer records in HubSpot and related data tables.
• Execute non-destructive merges while preserving ERP source records.
• Maintain customer hierarchies (parent, site, billing relationships).
• Standardize and improve firmographic attributes for sales and reporting.
• Coordinate with RevOps, Sales Ops, IT, and Finance on data loads and deduplication.
