Job summary

OfficePartners, 360 Inc. is seeking a CRM Solutions Specialist in Cebu City to translate business reporting requirements into reliable BI solutions. You will work with Salesforce and Power BI to optimize data models, dashboards, and reporting, while supporting CRM data integrity and performance.

The role requires 4–5 years of BI tool experience, strong SQL/T-SQL skills, and at least 4 years in C#/.NET development. Onsite night shift and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience with BI tools, particularly the Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, SSIS, SSMS).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM and reporting.
• Strong experience with Power BI reporting, data modeling, and visualization.
• Solid experience with MS SQL Server, relational databases, and flat-file data storage.
• Advanced T-SQL skills, including CTEs, MERGE, query optimization, and complex data transformations.
• Strong understanding of database operations, data architecture, and performance optimization.
• At least 4 years of experience in C# programming or .NET development.
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
• Amenable in working on a night shift.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and BI integrations.
• Support the setup and maintenance of BI tools, infrastructure, and integrations with company data sources.
• Collaborate with BI Developers/Analysts and Report Analysts to improve data schemas, data flows, and reporting performance.
• Gather, document, and maintain business and technical reporting requirements.
• Analyze existing reports and implement standardized, efficient reporting solutions across the organization.
• Perform backend data analysis, query optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate, reliable reporting.
• Maintain technical documentation, data flows, and reporting specifications.
