Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a senior BI professional in Metro Manila to design, develop and maintain enterprise BI solutions using Power BI and Azure Databricks. You will lead KPI reporting for senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote self-serve analytics.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data modelling experience, and the ability to influence senior leaders while staying current with analytics best practices and platform advancements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience providing operations support in an analyst capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Azure Databricks, Power BI, data modelling and relational databases in enterprise cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions.
• Lead collection, validation and reporting of KPIs and metrics for monthly operational reporting for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain team documentation when solutioning for data and workflow improvement projects.

Develop and maintain team documentation when solutioning for data and workflow improvement projects. Partner with multi-functional teams to promote self-serve reporting and enable citizen developers through consultation and knowledge transfer. Implement automation and workflow improvement solutions via Microsoft Power Platform tools to assist in the overall team mandate of operationalizing data decision making tools via Power BI. Stay up-to-date with data and business analysis standard methodologies and emerging trends in data-decision-making-tool development/design.
