Job summary

OP360 (OfficePartners360) is seeking a CRM Solutions Specialist in Cebu City to translate business reporting requirements into reliable BI solutions, while supporting CRM data and reporting optimization.

You will develop Power BI reports and data models, optimize queries in SQL Server, and collaborate with BI Developers/Analysts to improve data schemas, data flows, and reporting performance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience with BI tools in the Microsoft stack.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM and reporting experience.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and data integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and BI integrations.

We are looking for a CRM Solutions Specialist with strong technical expertise in Salesforce, Power

BI, SQL, and backend reporting. This role will be responsible for translating business reporting

requirements into reliable, scalable, and high-quality BI solutions while supporting CRM data and

reporting optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and BI integrations.
• Support the setup and maintenance of BI tools, infrastructure, and integrations with company data sources.
• Collaborate with BI Developers/Analysts and Report Analysts to improve data schemas, data flows, and reporting performance.

• Analyze existing reports and implement standardized, efficient reporting solutions across the organization.
• Perform backend data analysis, query optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate, reliable, and high-quality reporting.

Technical Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience working with Business Intelligence tools, particularly the Microsoft BI stack (Power BI, SSIS, SSMS).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM and reporting.
• Strong experience with Power BI reporting, data modeling, and visualization.
• Solid experience with MS SQL Server, relational databases, and flat-file data storage.
• Advanced T‑SQL skills, including CTEs, MERGE, query optimization, and complex data transformations.
• Strong understanding of database operations, data architecture, and performance optimization.
• At least 4 years of experience in C# programming or .NET development.
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
