Qualifications

• More than 1 year of work experience with similar scope and responsibilities.
• Ability to apply analytical and logistic skills; maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in the use of computer business applications with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Must be amenable to work daily onsite in Pasay office.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely distribution and communication related to crew members' medical cases while following privacy guidelines.
• Maintains accurate medical records and updates databases; coordinates with crew, providers and vessels.
• Reviews medical invoices for accuracy and flags discrepancies or missing details.
