Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
• 3–5 years onboard experience as Chief Cook.
• Proficiency across European, Asian, Mediterranean, and American cuisines, including baking and pastry.
• At least 1 year of training delivery experience; Training of Trainers (TOT) preferred.
• Strong English communication, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work under pressure.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a proactive professional with a blend of culinary mastery and educational expertise. Our ideal candidate brings:

• Expertise: A Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management (or related)
• Experience: 3- 5 years of onboard experience as a Chief Cook.
• Culinary Range: Proficiency in European, Asian, Mediterranean, and American cuisines, including baking and pastry arts.
• Training Foundation: At least 1 year of experience in training delivery, preferably with a Training of Trainers (TOT) qualification.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work under pressure with high impact.
• Standards: Solid knowledge of Hygiene Legislation (MARPOL), food safety, and competency-based assessment methods.
