Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
• 3–5 years onboard experience as Chief Cook.
• Proficiency across European, Asian, Mediterranean, and American cuisines, including baking and pastry.
• At least 1 year of training delivery experience; Training of Trainers (TOT) preferred.
• Strong English communication, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Career mentorship: monitor progression and recommend development interventions.
• Strategic briefing: pre-deployment and post-deployment debriefings to align with client standards.
• Training excellence: assess training needs and develop calendars and modules to close skill gaps.
• Competency assessment: administer trade tests and evaluate culinary expertise fairly.
• Hands-on coaching: deliver engaging classroom sessions and one-on-one coaching for continuous improvement.
