Qualifications

Graduate of a Business, Finance, or related course.
At least 2 years of experience in credit-related functions within a financial institution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of financial analysis and financial spreadsheets.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Conduct reviews of loan portfolios to assess credit quality and policy compliance.
Identify credit risk exposures and suggest risk-control enhancements.
Prepare credit review reports and present findings to management.
Monitor and validate corrective actions from credit review findings.
Evaluate adverse classifications and recommend loan loss reserves.
Conduct credit risk-related training for lending personnel.
Support the enhancement of the Bank's Credit Risk Program.
