Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in credit-related functions within a financial institution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of financial analysis and financial spreadsheets.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Conduct reviews of loan portfolios to assess credit quality, policy compliance, and adequacy of loan loss provisions.
Identify credit risk exposures and recommend strategies to strengthen risk controls and portfolio management.
Prepare credit review reports and present findings to management and governance committees.
Monitor and validate corrective actions arising from credit review findings.
Evaluate adverse account classifications and recommend appropriate loan loss reserves based on regulatory requirements.
Conduct credit risk-related training and guidance to lending personnel.
Support the enhancement of the Bank's Credit Risk Program.
