Qualifications

• Graduate of a Business, Finance, or related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit-related functions within a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and financial spreadsheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of loan portfolios to assess credit quality and policy compliance.
• Identify credit risk exposures and recommend risk-control improvements.
• Prepare credit review reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor and validate corrective actions from credit review findings.
• Evaluate adverse classifications and suggest appropriate loan loss reserves.
• Provide credit risk training and guidance to lending staff.
• Support enhancements of the Bank's Credit Risk Program.
