Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in credit risk evaluation, trade credit insurance, or commercial loan processing.
• In-depth understanding of credit assessment methodologies, policy documentation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and professional communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Risk Evaluation & Underwriting: Assess customer credit profiles, financial statements, and payment histories to determine creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.
• Policy & Coverage Management: Manage end-to-end administration of trade credit insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals, declarations, and adherence to insurer terms and conditions.
• Claims Management: Identify default accounts, compile necessary supporting documentation, file claims with credit insurance providers, and track claim recovery progress through resolution.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Continuously monitor client accounts receivable for overdue payments, financial distress, or breach of credit terms, taking proactive risk-mitigation measures.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise directly with sales teams, finance managers, credit rating agencies, and insurance brokers to align credit policy execution with business targets.
