Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in credit risk evaluation, trade credit insurance, or commercial loan processing.

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical Credit Insurance Specialist to join our team in Alabang.

You will be responsible for mitigating credit risk, managing policy compliance, and handling credit insurance claims to protect the organization's financial health and cash flow.

Core Responsibilities

• Risk Evaluation & Underwriting: Assess customer credit profiles, financial statements, and payment histories to determine creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.

• Policy & Coverage Management: Manage end-to-end administration of trade credit insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals, declarations, and adherence to insurer terms and conditions.

• Claims Management: Identify default accounts, compile necessary supporting documentation, file claims with credit insurance providers, and track claim recovery progress through resolution.

• Portfolio Monitoring: Continuously monitor client accounts receivable for overdue payments, financial distress, or breach of credit terms, taking proactive risk-mitigation measures.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise directly with sales teams, finance managers, credit rating agencies, and insurance brokers to align credit policy execution with business targets.
