Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience in banking, financial services, audit, compliance, risk management, controls, or operations is advantageous.
• Understanding of financial analysis, credit assessment, risk management, or regulatory compliance principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring key business risks across credit, operational, regulatory, and liquidity risk.
• Help maintain and improve risk management frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Review regulatory circulars, advisories, and policy updates, coordinate with stakeholders for action.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to risk management, compliance, and governance activities.
• Monitor key risk indicators and support periodic risk and compliance reports.
• Assist in managing business continuity initiatives and support the Business Continuity Plan implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and service providers, on risk and compliance matters.
• Support renewal and monitoring of licenses, permits, accreditation requirements, and outsourcing arrangements.
• Participate in projects strengthening internal controls, governance, and operational effectiveness.
