Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Credit Risk and Collections Manager to oversee the credit and collections operations, drive cash flow health, and lead a large team of managers and advisors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in credit and collections, with managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience handling delinquent accounts and implementing collection strategies.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain credit and collection policies and procedures
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
• Manage delinquent accounts, determine appropriate recovery actions, and minimize financial losses
• Lead and supervise a large credit and collections team, including managers and advisors
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other internal teams for account resolution
• Track team performance and prepare reports for senior management
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of account records
• Maintain compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and legal standards
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce defaults
