Job summary

HRTx Inc in Taguig (BGC) is seeking a Senior Credit Manager to lead and supervise the credit management team, drive end-to-end AR processes, and ensure timely collections in a onsite role.

You will collaborate with global clients, review credit limits and terms, monitor aging, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and financial regulations. 5+ years' experience required; ERP and Excel proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or collections with team leadership preferred.
• Experience working with global stakeholders or international clients is required.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, collections, and AR management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the credit management team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
• Oversee end-to-end credit management, including credit assessment, credit limit reviews, collections oversight, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and credit risk exposure to minimize bad debt.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to resolve credit and payment issues.
• Review and approve credit limits and payment terms in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and financial regulations.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance credit and collections performance.
• Prepare and present credit and collections performance reports to management.
