Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least five years of experience in credit origination, account management, and/or remedial management.
• Experience with corporate and commercial loan accounts.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Assess portfolio quality of borrowers by classifying accounts per internal guidelines.
• Validate risk rating/credit scores from Account Officers and report discrepancies for correction.
• Ensure data, clearing information, and reports are in the Credit Review Sheet per account.
• Monitor assignments in portfolio reviews and ensure all loan documents are available.
• Prepare the Credit Portfolio Review Report after each review engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JobSummary

The role supports management in maintaining a healthy loan portfolio through timely risk assessment and reporting.

KeyResponsibilities

• Assesstheportfolioqualityoftheborrowersviaclassificationofaccountsbasedoninternalguidelines.
• Validatestheriskrating/creditscorecardsperformedbyAccountOfficersduringportfolioreviewsandthereportdiscrepanciesand/orerrorsinrating,ifany,foreventualcorrection.
• Ensuresthatalldata,informationrequiredforclearing,reportpreparationareencoded/presentedintheCreditReviewSheetofeachaccount.
• Monitorsassignmentinactualportfolioreviewofalendingunitwhichincludesensuringallcreditfolders,otherloanrelateddocumentsareavailable.
• PreparestheCreditPortfolioReviewReportaftereveryreviewengagement.
• Performsotherdutiesthatmaybeassignedfromtimetotime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,BSAccountancy,BSFinancialManagement,BSBanking&Financeorrelatedfield.
• Atleastfive(5)yearsofexperienceincreditorigination,accountmanagement,and/orremedialmanagement,preferablyinvolvingcorporateandcommercialloanaccounts.
• MustbewillingtoworkonsiteandbeassignedinMakati/Ortigas.
