Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Credit Management specialist based onsite in the Philippines. You will deliver high-quality credit services to internal and external stakeholders, and support SAP-based credit processes.

Responsibilities include reviewing credit limits, guiding risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements while collaborating with global cross-functional teams to meet service level expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of credit management, financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive or complex cases.

• Review, evaluate, and approve credit limit recommendations, escalating complex or high-risk cases to management when necessary.
• Provide guidance on credit policies, risk assessment, and order release processes to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, approval processes, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve issues, support operations, and meet service level expectations.
