Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation seeks a results‑oriented professional to strengthen the credit appraisal function in the Negros Oriental region. You will lead regular reviews of appraisal and credit investigation processes, perform appraisals on new accounts, and prepare detailed appraisal reports to support loan decisions.

You will also evaluate collateral submissions and conduct preliminary acceptability checks before forwarding to CI, contributing to risk management and approval workflows

• Conduct regular reviews of the company's appraisal and credit investigation processes and suggest enhancements for Management approval.
• Regularly perform appraisals of new accounts.
• Prepare appraisal reports (chattel, truck, land, property, etc.) and recommend loan applications for approval.
• Review collateral requests and conduct preliminary evaluation before endorsing to CI.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts and initiates regular reviews of the Company's appraisal and credit investigation processes and recommends enhancements to the processes as may be necessary for Management's approval.
• Regularly perform/conduct appraisals of new accounts.
• Prepare appraisal reports (chattel, truck, land, property, etc.) and recommend loan applications for approval.
• Reviews requests for appraisal from FMRs, and conducts preliminary evaluation on the acceptability of collaterals offered by clients before endorsing to CI.
