Qualifications

• Experience in credit appraisal and loan processing.
• Ability to prepare appraisal reports for various asset classes (chattel, truck, land, property).
• Strong evaluation of collateral and risk before endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular reviews of appraisal and credit investigation processes and recommends enhancements for management approval.
• Regularly perform/appraisal of new accounts.
• Prepare appraisal reports and recommend loan applications for approval.
• Review collateral requests from FMRs and preliminarily evaluate acceptability before endorsing to CI.
