Responsibilities

• Responsible for the evaluation of the credit worthiness of the borrower
• Conducts investigation regarding borrowers' credit history, standing of the business, residence / neighborhood checking, reference contacts, due diligence as to assets, property, etc.
• Acquires financial data relevant to the investigation being conducted
• Examines/appraises collateral and chattel units (if any)
• Prepares necessary credit investigation reports
• Makes appropriate recommendation, either approval or denial of the loan application.
