Job summary

Northpoint Development Bank, Inc. (Laguna) is seeking a Credit Investigation/Loans officer to assess loans, meet applicants, and analyze financial status to determine feasibility of approvals. Candidates should have a business-related degree and 6–12 months of relevant experience, plus willingness to travel and operate a motorcycle with a license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or Economics or equivalent.
• At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Credit Investigation or Loans Management.
• Willing to do field work and able to drive a motorcycle with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Assess loans within specified limits and refer outside those limits to management for approval.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and answer questions about the process.
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Explain loan types and terms to customers and available credit options.
• Obtain and compile loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other information.
• Review and update credit and loan files.
• Review loan agreements for completeness and policy compliance.
• Compute payment schedules.
