Publicis Re:Sources in Makati is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Credit Control professional to ensure timely collection of agency monies and accurate processing of credit-related activities within the SSC model. Responsibilities include monthly collections, debtor controls, and debtor reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in AR/credit control, knowledge of GST regulation and invoice management, and strong English communication with solid Excel skills. This role is office-based in Makati.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an accounts receivable or credit control environment.
• Experience in the media/advertising industry is an advantage but not necessary.
• Knowledge of GST regulation and invoice management.
• Sound knowledge of credit control and money collection processes.
• Fluent in English and intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect agency monies within the AR monthly timetables.
• Manage credit processes and aged debtor controls.
• Receive, process, and bank brand monies received.
• Report status per portfolio with the agency, client, and resources.
• Prepare and maintain all debtor reports; provide exception reporting as appropriate.
