You will handle collections, aging reports, and documentation for service orders, while ensuring compliance with credit policies and timely resolution of discrepancies. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical thinking.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry.
• Organized with good time management and detail orientation.
• Experience applying company policies and procedures.
• Willing to work 6 days a week in Taytay Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Prepares customers' statements of accounts and SAP entries.
• Performs service account reconciliation, adjustments and resolves discrepancies.
• Submits accounts receivable and aging reports and handles collections.
• Files all services gate passes for record keeping.
• Follows up on collections via calls, emails, and mail.
• Maintains and updates customer folders.
• Checks documentary requirements and payments for service releases.
• Confirms Job Orders and Purchasing Orders for insurance and fleet accounts.
• Coordinates with Service Advisors on open repair orders.
• Verifies office receipt amounts against billing before post-billing.
• Identifies and analyzes major risks and ensures procedures are followed.
• Handles additional tasks as assigned by managers.
• Ensures policies and procedures in credit and collection are followed.
• Performs other reasonable tasks as required.
