Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking dynamic field sales personnel to promote HC Credit Card and other key products at designated stores and partner retail POS. You will engage customers, explain benefits, and guide them through the application process.

This role involves field work, maintaining a presentable kiosk, and ensuring a positive brand image. No experience required, but frontline experience is a PLUS; training provided with direct hire and regular employment.

Responsibilities

• Involves FIELD WORK and proactive selling of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Maintain good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and offer HC Credit Card to potential clients in-store
• Explain HC Credit Card features and rewards to customers
• Answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist customers to complete the application for consumer finance products per internal policies
• Prepare clients' documentation and collect information for processing
• Keep work area presentable (HC Kiosk) and protect company equipment

Job description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
