Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field sales representative to actively promote HC products at retail points of sale and assist customers with the consumer finance application, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have frontline sales experience and a high school diploma. The role offers Birthday Leave, Wellness Leave, HMO after 3 months, direct hire and regular employment, and a performance bonus in a diverse, welcoming workplace.

Formación

• Field sales experience at POS preferred.
• High school graduate or completed Grade 10.

Responsabilidades

• Involves field work by actively selling and promoting HC products at POS.
• Assist customers to complete the HC consumer finance application.
• Prepare client documentation and collect information.
• Take responsibility for risks arising on signed contracts.
• Fulfill individual sales plans.
• Maintain a clean, fully functional workstation at the POS.
• Preserve company equipment supplied at the POS.
• Keep a positive HC image at POS.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Actively selling and promoting HC products for retail clients at POS.
• Excellent familiarity with HC products. Continuous learning new products.
• Assist and guide customer to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services.
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting of information and working with the system.
• Take responsibility with risk arising on signed contract.
• Good cooperation with staff of POS, and good compliance with regulations of POS.
• Fulfill individual sales plans.
• Keep working place clean and fully functional (table, IT equipment).
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company.
• Keep good image of HC at POS

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• Preferably with sales/frontline/field sales experience (Sales or Retail work quota like Salesclerk, Saleslady/Salesman)
• At least High School Graduate or finished Grade 10
