Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field sales-oriented candidate to promote HC Credit Card and related products at designated stores. You will engage customers, explain card benefits, and assist with applications at the HC kiosk.

The role involves proactive selling, ensuring a positive image at partner retail sites, and maintaining documentation and a presentable workspace. Prior sales exposure is a plus, with direct hire and regular employment offered.

Qualifications

• No work experience required; field/sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to explain HC Credit Card features and rewards.
• Ability to assist customers with application documentation.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
