Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field sales associate to promote HC Credit Card at partner stores and designated sites. You will engage customers, explain card benefits, and guide in-store applications while maintaining a professional image of the brand.

No prior work experience is required, but frontline or field sales experience is a plus. High school graduates are welcome, with perks including performance bonus, leaves, and HMO after 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school graduate (Grade 10 or vocational diploma).
• No work experience required; sales/field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote HC Credit Card at stores and partner sites.
• Present HC products clearly and answer customer questions.
• Assist customers with HC Credit Card applications following internal procedures.
• Keep the HC kiosk and work area presentable and functional.
• Protect and maintain company equipment and materials.

Job Description:

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
