• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years in operational management in a Financial Institution (preferred).
• Ability to design and implement operational improvements.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CB Operations department including portal access, batch processing, and billing validations.
• Lead a team of business support and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Coordinate with Sales, IT, Compliance, and Finance for operational needs.
• Serve as CIC liaison for accreditation and external requirements.
• Develop processes, policies, and tools to improve efficiency and training.
• Act as point of contact for product-related concerns and customer issues.
