Supervise and manage daily CNC machining operations and production activities
Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs
Oversee CNC machine setup, operation, programming, and troubleshooting
Ensure proper machine maintenance and minimize downtime
Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with required specifications
Review technical drawings, machining processes, and job requirements
Manage manpower, work assignments, tools, materials, and machine utilization
Coordinate with other departments regarding production requirements and concerns
Monitor production output, efficiency, and operational costs
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures
Train, guide, and evaluate CNC operators and technicians
Prepare production reports and provide updates to management
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical course
With 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably with supervisory/managerial experience
Strong knowledge of CNC machines, machining processes, tooling, and troubleshooting
Knowledge in CNC programming (Fanuc/Mitsubishi or similar controls) is an advantage
Able to read and interpret technical/mechanical drawings
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organization skills
Willing to work in a manufacturing/machinery environment
Experience in machinery, equipment, automotive, or related industries is an advantage
