Job summary

Kinergy Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior CNC Supervisor to directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, including inspectors, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators.

The role involves developing and implementing production schedules to meet targets and customer demands, supervising operators, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of CNC machining and programming.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and documents.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and customer demands.
• Supervise production operators; provide guidance, training and support.
• Track and analyze production performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes and workflows.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Manage allocation of resources including personnel, equipment and materials.
• Communicate with machining, production, and assembly teams, Operations Manager, and Engineering.

• - Must adhere to 5S standards and may need to cross-train in other areas as needed

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma in bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field is often preferred

• 3 to 4 years of supervisory experiencein a manufacturing or machining environment is required

Minimum Previous Experience:

Detail-oriented, knowledge of shop math, machining, computers, communication, quality, safety, and team/independent working.

• In-depth knowledge of CNC machining and programming

• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings

• Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAMand trouble-shooting experience

• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach

• Strong leadership and communication skills
