Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates credit applications and documents based on policies.
• Validates documents with branches and screens fraud risk.
• Decides on applications and verifies veracity of documents to manage risk.
• Reconciles client records using third-party data to recommend approval amounts and plans.
• Checks MDAP, BAP and other Credit Bureaus before evaluation.
• Addresses follow-up with branches regarding applications.
• Maintains accurate and timely daily monitoring updates.
• Performs any additional duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1. A 4-year college graduate of any course provided that the candidate has the required relevant work experience indicated and with the approval of the hiring manager and department head.
• 2. At least one (1) year of related work experience.
• 3. Excellent analytical skills.
• 4. Excellent orientation on details.
• 5. Preferably with knowledge on MS Office or Google Suite applications.

Note: HMs preference, has experience on approve/decline loan applications or sort of recommends for approval.

Duties and Responsibilities

• 1. Reviews and evaluates all credit applications and submitted documents based on the existing credit policies and practices.
• 2. Validates with the assigned branches in case of incomplete documents and screens probability of fraud in the credit applications.
• 3. Decides on the credit applications and validates the veracity and completeness of the credit documents to manage the risks involved in the application.
• 4. Reconciles client records using third party sources data against declared information to recommend appropriate approval amount and payment plans.
• 5. Responsible for checking on MDAP, BAP and other Credit Bureaus prior to the evaluation of credit applications.
• 6. Responsible for addressing the follow up and inquiry with regards to the application coming from the branch.
• 7. Accurate and timely updating on required daily monitoring.
• 8. Accomplishes all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
