Centro Holding is seeking a detail-oriented Concierge Account Manager based in the Philippines to support and grow our creator and studio partners. You will manage client relationships, optimize platform performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on our platform.

The role emphasizes proactive collaboration, data-driven decision making, and clear, fluent English communication. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive content success and platform compliance.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask across priorities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Fluent in English with clear professional communication.
• Experience in account management, client support, or content ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned creators and studios.
• Oversee day-to-day platform operations (metadata, scheduling, images, compliance docs).
• Develop content strategies to improve performance and revenue.
