Centro.team is seeking a detail-oriented Concierge Account Manager in the Philippines to support and grow our creator and studio partners. You will manage client relationships, optimize platform performance, and oversee day-to-day operations on our platform.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, content strategy, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure content compliance and drive revenue growth across the platform.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented candidate with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
• Experience in account management, client support, or content operations is a plus.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Concierge Account Manager (from the Philippines) to support and grow our creator and studio partners. You'll manage client relationships, optimize the platform's performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on our platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage relationships with assigned creators and studios
• Oversee platform day-to-day platform operations (metadata, scheduling, images, compliance docs)
• Develop content strategies to improve performance and revenue
• Analyze data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports
• Ensure content complies with platform guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and share best practices

REQUIREMENTS

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience in account management, client support, or content operations is a plus
