Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a dynamic marketer in Manila to own BukuPay creator/affiliate outreach end-to-end. You will source, qualify, outreach, and onboard creators, guiding them through setup and first posts while optimizing pipeline metrics.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in marketing with direct creator/affiliate experience, strong Tagalog/English communication, and comfort with AI tools to scale outreach daily.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in marketing with at least 1 year running creator, influencer, or affiliate outreach yourself.
• Based in Manila and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creator/affiliate journeys from sourcing to retention.
• Shortlist creators from the weekly raw list and verify audience fit and engagement.
• Outreach and close: message shortlisted creators on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, explain BukuPay and secure a yes.
• Onboarding and activation: guide setup, educate about the product, and ensure first post goes out.
• Maintain a current pipeline and report on what works and who converts.
