Job summary

Wedded Wonderland in Davao City, Philippines, is seeking a Creator & Influencer Partnerships Manager who runs a pipeline, not an inbox. You will find, sign and activate creators worldwide, and turn those collaborations into measurable traffic back to us.

This role also involves building a live roster, negotiating across models, briefing creators, and managing multiple collaborations across time zones. You will work with the brand to amplify content and drive sustained impact through AI-assisted

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer, creator or talent partnerships with multiple activations.
• Provide examples of collaborations secured with outcomes: reach, engagement, traffic, sign-ups or sales.
• Confident negotiating rates and rights, including saying no.
• Highly organized, able to run many creators across time zones.
• Working knowledge of tracked links and UTMs to prove traffic sources.

Responsibilities

• Build a live creator pipeline across wedding, travel, luxury, fashion and lifestyle markets.
• Manage collaborations from brief to delivery, tracking deadlines and milestones.
• Negotiate deals across gifted, paid, affiliate, revenue share, content-for-content and ambassadorships.
• Coordinate creator activity with launches, events and partner campaigns for cohesive delivery.
• Use AI tooling to speed up sourcing, screening, drafting and reporting.
