Job summary

Infinity Growth Evolution Corp. is seeking an Account Manager to be the first contact for new clients seeking information on products and services. The role focuses on branding, live streaming, and expanding e-commerce opportunities within the team.

The successful candidate will research opportunities, coordinate with TikTok/Brand for advertising support, and manage day-to-day client communications. 1+ year in sales/marketing is preferred, with strong IT and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in branding and live streaming is required.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada or other livestream platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Submit plans to TikTok/Brand and seek advertising or coupon support.
• Coordinate with live broadcast group manager on promotion needs.
• Relay brand feedback and discount details to the team.
• Confirm next-day live broadcast schedule and update the brand.
• Inform brand of schedule changes and provide reasoning.
• Participate in weekly brand meetings and coordinate with E-commerce manager.
• Lead as primary contact for accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Contact potential clients to establish business relationships.
• Support team members and conduct market research.
• Be familiar with branding and live streaming.
• Create frameworks to monetize social media and manage promotions.
