Responsibilities

• Top Creator Management: One-on-one communication with top creators, monthly performance review, livestream planning support, campaign participation coordination.
• Creator Retention Program: Repeat posting follow-up, repeat livestream activation, creator incentive communication, creator challenge participation management.
• Community Management: Manage creator communication groups, private Viber groups for Top Creators, exclusive campaign announcements, product launch updates, monthly engagement activities.
• Creator Growth Support: Performance tracking, content feedback, campaign recommendations, sales improvement guidance.
