Job summary

Shopee Manila is seeking a dynamic Creator BD and partnerships professional within our Marketing team to identify rising creators, build a qualified pipeline, and drive incubation for strategic campaigns. You will evaluate creator fit by niche, audience, and commerce potential while maintaining a CRM to track progress.

Collaborate with MCNs and agencies, negotiate deals, and design incentive programs within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Marketing, Communications or Business preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, MCN / agency or business development.
• Lives and breathes social media: knows who is trending on Philippine TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, and why.
• Sharp eye for talent, backed by data — able to judge creators on both content quality and metrics.
• Strong BD and negotiation skills; confident reaching out cold and closing deals with creators and agencies.
• Organized and analytical enough to manage a large pipeline and track performance in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English and Filipino / Tagalog.
• Hustler mindset: proactive, persistent and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Creator scouting and identifying rising creators across platforms.
• Maintain creator CRM with pipeline status and key metrics.
• Own outreach and negotiation with KOLs and creators.
• Partner with MCNs and talent agencies to accelerate sign-ups.
• Build long-term relationships so Shopee becomes a creator's go-to platform.
• Design incentive programs for incubated creators within budget.
• Coordinate onboarding with Content Ops, Seller and Category teams.
• Track creator performance (GMV, live hours, content output, retention).
