Job summary

The Philippines team at ByteDance is seeking a Creative Program Manager to identify, onboard and incubate commerce content creators, providing them with growth strategies and educational support to drive success.

You will build playbooks that blend Creator Monetization with partner growth, manage creator and brand partnerships, and deliver weekly trend reports to guide category strategy and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in creator/content ecosystem, preferably cross-platform.
• Proven ability to work across teams and geographies.
• Strong Excel-based data analytics skills.
• Experience with cross-border e-commerce or SEA campaigns.
• Knowledge of Philippines market and global social media trends.
• Wide creator network and creative agency exposure.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage eligible creators based on criteria.
• Maintain creator profiles including niche, performance, and rates.
• Develop short- and long-term creator development strategy.
• Identify and incubate creator talent aligned to category strategy.
• Convert brand needs into briefs and match creators for campaigns.
• Monitor campaign partnerships and brand communications.
• Deliver weekly trend reports to support product and marketing strategies.
