Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a project intern for the Massive Creator team, a dynamic group driving the Creator ecosystem across channels. You’ll engage in short‑term projects, gain practical on‑the‑job experience, and commit to at least a 3‑month internship.

You’ll help onboard livestreamers, nurture creators, and optimize campaigns on our e-commerce platform. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, design development initiatives, and support performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student pursuing a related bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with content platforms or digital media.
• Excellent communication skills for webinars and team reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines on time.
• Commitment to a minimum of 3 months internship.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured learning and development initiatives to onboard and support livestreamers.
• Strategize and execute a plan to incubate high-potential creators for long-term growth and retention.
• Collaborate on creator tasks and campaigns to drive engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier creators aligning with platform goals.
• Monitor user experience for livestream creators and propose improvements to boost stickiness.
• Assist the Project Manager in tracking performance and producing post-mortem reports.
