Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Project Intern for the Top Creator Team in Manila. As an intern you will contribute to high-impact short-term projects in a fast-paced, professional setting, gaining hands-on experience in data-driven live commerce and creator management.

You'll track creator performance, help coordinate livestreams and campaigns, support Super KLS initiatives, and assist in onboarding new creators to optimize sales, engagement, and long-term growth on the platform.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Basic understanding of social media trends
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for basic data tracking and reporting
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor creator metrics (GMV, KLS, conversion rates), analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize live selling and content strategies.
• Creator Management: Assist in day-to-day coordination with creators—scheduling, campaign alignment, performance follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of livestreams and brand collaborations.
• Super KLS Execution: Support planning and execution of high-impact livestream sessions (Super KLS), including assortment strategy and real-time coordination to maximize sales performance.
• Creator Onboarding & Incubation: Help onboard new creators, guide them through platform tools and best practices, and support their early-stage growth through structured incubation programs.
