Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Project Intern to join the Top Creator Team in a fast-paced environment. You will support growth and performance of creators by combining data analysis with hands-on execution, helping optimize livestreams and campaigns for sales and engagement.

The role emphasizes tracking metrics such as GMV, KLS, and conversion rates, coordinating livestream sessions, and onboarding new creators into incubation programs to build a strong creator pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is required or recently completed.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and creator ecosystems.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for basic data tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics (GMV, KLS, conversion rates) and provide insights.
• Creator Management: Coordinate day-to-day with creators, scheduling, campaigns, and livestreams.
• Super KLS Execution: Support planning and execution of high-impact livestream sessions.
• Creator Onboarding & Incubation: Help onboard new creators and support growth through incubation programs.
