Job summary

ByteDance Philippines is seeking a Creator Operations Project Intern to support LIVE content strategy, creator growth, and community engagement in a dynamic global team.

You will assist in managing top creators, plan live campaigns and incentive programs, and liaise with cross-functional teams to optimize exposure and revenue, while maintaining strong community relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, good content sensitivity and crisis management skills.
• Proficient in reading and writing in English and Filipino.
• Able to commit at least 4-5 working days per week with a minimum internship duration of 4-6 months.
• Passionate about social media, familiar with user behavior and community culture on platforms.
• Relevant experience in internet or community operations is preferred.
