We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Director to lead the development and execution of compelling visual content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in web design, graphic design, and video editing, combined with the ability to manage creative projects, maintain brand consistency, and lead a team of designers and editors.

The Creative Director will oversee the creative vision for client projects, ensuring all deliverables are visually engaging, on‑brand, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall creative direction for client brands and internal marketing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage designers, video editors, and other creative team members.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Review and approve creative work before client delivery.
• Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Web Design

• Design modern, responsive, and user‑friendly websites.
• Create website wireframes, mockups, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Optimize websites for user experience (UX) and conversion.

Graphic Design

• Design marketing materials including:
  • Social media graphics
  • Digital advertisements
  • Website graphics
  • Presentation decks
  • Branding materials
  • Print collateral
• Develop visual identities and branding systems.
• Ensure consistency across all visual assets.

Video Production & Editing

• Oversee video production from concept to final delivery.
• Edit promotional videos, advertisements, social media reels, YouTube videos, and corporate content.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects when required.
• Maintain high production quality across all video content.

Project Management

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and clients to understand project requirements.
• Maintain organized creative workflows and asset libraries.

Brand Strategy

• Translate business goals into compelling visual campaigns.
• Research design trends and implement innovative creative ideas.
• Ensure consistent branding across websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Director, Senior Graphic Designer, Art Director, or similar role.
