Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management''s client in Manila is seeking an experienced Creative Operations Studio Manager to lead the Makati design studio. You will oversee day-to-day operations, client delivery, staffing, capacity planning, and quality control, with a focus on scaling operations.

A key priority is transitioning the studio from a 16x5 schedule to 24x5 and 24x7 coverage, while maintaining SLAs, budgets, and strong multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in creative studio operations or related fields.
• Experience leading large, multi-layered creative teams and managing SLAs.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management and budgeting.
• Experience with extended-hours, multi-shift, or 24x7 delivery operations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, governance, SLAs, turnaround times, and quality standards.
• Optimize staffing costs, utilization, productivity, and gross margin; build business cases for capacity expansion.
• Design shift structures, workflow support, and quality controls for 24x5/24x7 delivery.
• Serve as senior escalation point for key client accounts and manage relationships with executive leadership.
• Mentor and develop managers, team leaders, and production staff; oversee hiring and performance management.
• Drive workflow automation and adoption of AI-enabled creative design tools.
